By registering, accessing, or using the Score 8 platform in any way — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other channel provided by us — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Registration Process

When registering a Score 8 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, date of birth, active email address, valid Malaysian mobile number, and any other details requested. 3.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on Score 8 at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using the same or different information — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and outstanding winnings.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Score 8 account password and login details. • Collusion between players to manipulate betting outcomes or poker game results
• Use of insider information to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting
• Arbitrage betting specifically designed to exploit odds discrepancies
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity
• Any attempt to conduct money laundering through the Score 8 platform
• Sharing or selling your account to a third party
• Unreasonably disrupting the experience of other players

Score 8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• There is suspicion or evidence of fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct

• Account registered by an individual under 18 years of age

Score 8's services are provided "as is" without any express or implied guarantees or warranties. Score 8 is not liable for:

• Service disruptions due to technical issues, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control
• Losses arising from user error during the betting process
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform
• Internet connectivity or device issues on the user's end
• Actions or omissions by third parties such as payment providers

Score 8's total liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the date the liability claim arises.
